1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile device application named MakeApp (hereinafter referred to as "the App") developed by Huang Xiuyuan (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider"). This service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

The App collects information when you download and use it. This information may include your device's IP address, pages visited, date and time of access, time spent on those pages, time spent on the app, and the operating system used on your mobile device, etc. Depending on your settings, the App may collect the following types of information:: - Personal Information - Usage Data To provide a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: Email,name,avatar. The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy. The App does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

3. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the App and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

6. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the App, please contact them at huangxiuyuan+makeapp@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
